The guys at STS in Nazareth REALLY helped me out by doing these even though they were closing.

Bought the wheels from wheeldude and the tires from tirerack.
17×9 Rota DTP +42 shod with 245-40-17 Kumho SPT. Yes they rub a little in the back. Nothing major, cranking up stiffness on the coilover and a light massage by Ryan @ Area1320 on the fenders will solve the issue.
