The H.I.D.s came in. Its amazing how much brighter they are than the stock bulbs. The cutoff isnt to bad either. Better than I expected.

Installed the Innovative LC-1 wideband along with the DB series digital gauge. Still deciding on which gauge pod I’m going with.

No more smoking!

Installed a Greddy catch can last weekend. Since then the car size clouds of smoke that the wagon used to emit have disappeared. :) Moved the boost controller to the back of the strut tower to fit the can in front of it. Thanks to Adam @ Area1320 for the mounting bracket.
yummy oil

About a month ago my fog lights burned out. So I ordered some yellow H1 bulbs. Turns out that the headlights are H1 and the fog lights are H3. So now I’ve got these super annoying (to the person in front of me at least) yellow headlights and matching fogs. Awaiting to get pulled over.

Not funny guys... who pissed on my headlights?

Danger To Teh Manifold!!

It all started out with me wanting to get rid of my cobb access port and go open ecu. Ray came down to the tuesday night meet in allentown to do a quick map switch out. No dice, car was knocking all over the place. Ryan @1320 let me and Ray go back to his shop to change out the spark plugs to see if that would fix the problem. Turns out my plugs are white as hell. It was running lean. Ray attempted to get the car to run right till the wee hours of the morning. 2:30am? No dice.

I took the next day off of work to get a new 02 sensor in. That didnt solve the issue either. Ray kept in contact with me the entire day. Around 1:30 he im’s me saying he knew what the issue was and wanted me to his place for a total retune. 2 hours of boostless driving later I arrive at his place. Ray explained exactly what was happening causing the car to run lean using the stock map and the professional tune that I had previously on the accessport. Then I took Ray and his magical laptop of power for a lap around Philly stopping at the the most random spots to flash the ecu. Even got to see some really nice tail.

The car runs like a beast. Full boost hits at 2800rpm and pulls like a freight train to redline. Today was the first time in a long time that I woke up and the thought of driving my car to work was thrilling.

Ray was very professional and patient throughout the entire process, even showing me multiple times the values on the screen showing that the car was not knocking and answering all my questions. I cam out knowing a whole lot more about tuning in general.

THANKS RAY!!
